move or reinstall

I got a used computer with Windows 7 on it in sda1.  Sda2 holds data, with
a recovery partition on sda4.  Sda 3 has a data partition on sda6 while
ubuntu is on sda7.  Ubuntu 13.04 is install in a 25 gig partitions sda7.

Should I move the ubuntu partition to the left to takes over sda6 or
reinstall after deleting sda6?

I know moving to the left is risky and I will lose grub but I can reinstall
it afterwards, no?
