Installing Linux through PXE

Dear all,

I am trying to install ubuntu on an old laptop through PXE (tftp32)
installed on a Windows 7 machine. I have followed the instructions on
https://help.ubuntu.com/community/Installation/WindowsServerNetboot - and
the old machine boots through PXE but then returns "No boot filename
received" and finally exists PXE mode. I have both the firewall and the
antivirus. I have downloaded the netboot.tar.gz from
http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/dists/quantal/main/installer-i386/current/images/netboot/netboot.tar.gz,
extracted it and put its contents in a folder called netboot, which I
then copied to a folder called 'tftp' that contains tftp32.exe. Any help
would be appreciated.

Many thanks,
Daniel.
