how to move my website from ubuntu 10.10 to 12.04 LTS?

I did my desktop system in small steps from 10.10 to 12.04 and had no  
trouble. Little outages and heavy load durning the update process and  
a couple of reboots. Pretty much the sam on a small server going  
step-by-step from 10.04 to 12.04. Pretty smooth.
