People can be way too anal about worrying over SSD wear. SSD is the 
perfect device for swap, (what little of it should be used on a well 
provisioned modern system.).  The  handful of megabytes per day that get 
written will hardly have a large impact on the SSD wear, but the SSD 
random read/write speed will have a huge impact on the performance of swap.
