I've never bought a system from then so can't vouch for their quality

look for the Zoostorm brand. Same personal disclaimer as Novatech.

Both Novatech and ebuyer have been trading for a good many years and
Novatech have been selling sans OS hardware for all of the time that
I've been aware of them. All I can suggest is, go ahead, buy a system,
install Ubuntu and see how it runs before buying a batch of units.
