Literally the only one that springs to mind is System76 (www.system76.com) that's their specific niche. They come out of the box with Ubuntu installed and if you're a Linux user and you go online a lot your browser will undoubted show some of their ads from time to time. The base unit laptop has an I5 but can have a I7 CPU starts with 4GB of memory but can have up to 16GB. It has an Intel Video stage (HD 4000) and up to a 1GB HDD. It's also worth mentioning they have several SSD Hard-Drive options. All of this is just the base Laptop model which they call the Lemur. The top of the line model The Bonobo Extreme has up to 32 GB RAM and up to an nVidia GeForce GTX 680M with 4 GB GDDR5 Memory and 1344 CUDA Cores and a 3rd Generation Intel Core i7-3940XM Extreme Processor ( 3.00GHz 8MB L3 Cache - 4 Cores plus Hyperthreading ) it ain't cheap but it seems to do it all and then some. There maybe other companies out there somewhere that specialize in Linux Laptops but system76 is the first to jump up.

Hope this helps. BTW what all are you looking to do with these Laptops? That's very relevant.
