upgrade hangs while mid of the upgrade process

Hi Abhi,
In the past, I have experienced glitches while downloading from 
sourceforge.com.
Usually, I have had to try some time later ... like a few hours later.
Yeah.. it's a pain, but there does not seem to be any other way.
It is a very very busy server!! So, sometimes it does get bogged down.
