Installation Problem

Hello,

I'm new to Ubuntu. I'm trying to install Ubuntu 12.10 as a guest OS on mu
PC where host is Windows 7, for this purpose I'm using VMPlayer 5.0.1
build-894247.

During the installation the screen says "Installing VMWare Tools, Please
wait..." and installation procedure isn't proceeding.

Please tell me what to do.
