The web page should deal with this, and overwrite the default action
somehow. This can be done by javascript for instance.
If such an overwriting action is defined but you still get the
behaviour, I would call it a bug. But I don't quite see how all browsers
could have the same bug... so I'm suspecting the page you are using has
used some method for the default action overwriting that only works on
Windows.
