Core temp.

HI all

I have a 6 core AMD desk top computer that runs at aprox. 52c all the 
time. Is this to hot?  I have cleaned the heat sink by blowing out the 
dust. I am not over clocking this system.  It never rises above 60c 
even when watching Netflix.  Any help would be appreciated.
