ubuntu one not working

Hi,

i installed ubu 1 on my ubu 12.04 box and on my Win 7 box.
Synchronized directory trees on both computers.
Ubuntu One even warned that the files would be replaced by
the remote versions. It worked at the first moment, but now
I edit a certain file and it does not get updated on the other
computer. Any idea to help?

Device 1: ubuntu 12.04 64bit.
Device 2: win 7 32bit SP1
Both devices have all sync options on, namely:
   auto run ubu1 on startup
   auto sync folders shared to me
   auto sync cloud folders to this computer
   allow notifications to this device

Example problem: I edited a file on device 2, it was updated on
the cloud (could see thru the the web site) but it wasnt updated
on device 1.
