That will send me to a Linux Users Group (I know what the initials are, 
I helped start a Users Group for the TRS-80 Model I back in 1977.  I am 
looking for help files on my computer.  That is what I meant by local.  
I seems that there used to be local (drive) help, but now I have to go 
out on the net.
