trouble with lyx-2.0.2 in quantal

Is this a document written in language other that English? I have
encountered some problems like this with writing Chinese, and there was a
workaround using CJK* for language set ( put the import code in the
beginning of the script. There is a option for that in Lyx ). And then one
has to insert a *Clear Page* in the end of the file to make the compilation
work.

But for your case, your description is barely enough to solve the problem.

You can try compiling from CLI using something like pdftex. That will give
you choice to ignore any encountered problems.
