annoying GPG error on Virtualbox repository

I amm getting the following error every time I run apt-get update:

W: GPG error: http://download.virtualbox.org quantal Release: The following
signatures were invalid: BADSIG 54422A4B98AB5139 Oracle Corporation
(VirtualBox archive signing key) <info at virtualbox.org>

I did a Gogle search and fund the following site:

https://help.ubuntu.com/community/VirtualBox/Installation

and I ran the following:

wget -q http://download.virtualbox.org/virtualbox/debian/oracle_vbox.asc
-O- | sudo apt-key add - 

But I still gte the GPG error.

Can anyone sugest a solution?
