Download files not named correctly

Well, 21.0a1. is up and running but is showing no interest in saving
much of anything!  It does show 'save page as' but nothing happens with
a mouse click, keyboard,  drop down menu nor  alt+*!  On the other hand
I'm loving what they are doing with 21.  Could this 'save thing' be
something they might be tinkering with on this build and might change as
things progress?
