either gnome-settings-daemon (responsible for the module you see in the
settings, gnome-power-manager (responsible for timeout and blanking) or
gnome-screensaver (responsible for the actual lock) ...
i would start with the screensaver package, the desktop guys can then
triage it to the right package/app
