mount mass storage

My phone has mounted as a mass storage device previously, but that was a 
previous install.

it's showing here:

but I don't see it in the XFCE file browser.  Where else should I look 
for it?

I haven't yet tried on Windows.

To re-iterate, it has previously mounted in Ubuntu as a mass storage 
device.
