Nikolai Cassanova: Help with getting trackpad disabled (Charlie Luna)

Hi Charlie,

I am currently on Ubuntu 13.04 and not ubuntu 13.10.  I will have to wait
till I get to go home for summer break for me to get the new ubuntu 13.10.
But here is a screenshot of how it looks on my computer.  I can't
understand it why its not disabled even though its checked.  Let me know
what you think from the screenshot.  I am not allowed to send screen
shots.
