Ran apt-get clean. Brought / down from 82 to 79%.  Started removing
old kernels until I was down to the current and 3 earlier ones.  That
brought it down to 59%.  Ran apt-get clean one more time, just to see,
and / sets at 58%.  A major improvement.  Thank you gentlemen.
