I have an Epson all-in-one, the WP-4530, and it's a really nice machine.
I prints quickly, does duplex, seems not to use the ink too quickly, and
has ethernet, usb and wireless connection. Does fax, scan, and copy,
also. The color copy is very close to the original. It will even fax in
color. And it will copy a number of pages automatically from a hopper,
altho I have never tried that. The scanner works very well, as well as a
separate scanner I had several years earlier. XSane will scan as high as
1200dpi with this machine.

I don't have any ties to Epson, I bought it for speed and price, and
I am glad I got it! In about a year and a half, it has only jammed
twice, that I can think of, and it's easy to clear, except you need to
be able to get at the rear of it to do so.
