I'm very interested in performing linear algebra and other benchmarks on high-end, mobile platforms. Is Ubuntu actually ported to real hardware? More to the point, can I install ubuntu on some subset of existing tablets if I don't mind blowing away the current operating system? Any input would be appreciated. Art Edwards
