Basil,
Thanks for your quick reply. However, I have the impression that it is 
written some time ago and current new systems are quite different from 
say systems sold 4 a 5 years ago.
The UEFI BIOS didn't then exist and MS has done so dirty tricks to 
prevent other OS's to be installed that I want to be sure I can safely 
install it without hampering the use of Windows (if I want it).
The reason I want it that I have 2 programs that need Windows as they 
don't run acceptably under wine and the only other option is VMware or 
Virtualbox (I use the Former) but If you have an new Windows (by 
necessity) then it's logical to use it when necessary.
But thanks for directing my attention to that article.
