Windows7 and Ubuntu12.04 together

Hi,

Boot Repair from http://sourceforge.net/projects/boot-repair/
Worked for me on numerous occasions hope it does for you as well!
Note It should repair both Win 7 & Linux and Grub and leave your system
booting normally
