The Ubuntu Community Council and/or Ubuntuforums are excellent places
to raise social/community issues and initiate discussion.

The next meeting is today (first Thursday of the month), at 17:00 UTC;
the one after is in a fortnight (third Thursday of the month).

Email 'community-council at lists.ubuntu.com' to let the chair know that
you've added an item or are proposing a item for the agenda.  
Remember to be clear exactly /what/ you are asking of the Ubuntu CC
---perhaps have some very specific questions prepared, as this will
likely focus the discussion more easily than a vague question.
