pbuilder create fails on Ubuntu 13.04

Hi,

My Ubuntu 13.04 system is unable to successfully run pbuilder create
for Debian sid because the command

DIST=sid pbuilder create --debootstrapopts
--keyring=/usr/share/keyrings/debian-archive-keyring.gpg

fails with the GPG message shown below.

Any suggested workarounds?
