efidisk read error on boot

Dear all

I'm on ubuntu 12.04 64bit with LVM, everything works fine... but at boot 
time after BIOS post I'm getting an error message for just 1 second that 
"efidisk read error" then system boots normally and works fine, is there 
any clue about that? why it displays that message ? whats wrong with it


any help appreciated.
