Never heard of it. I don't have it on mine; never have, as far as I know.

By the way, it really is time to move on from 11.10 now. It is going
out of support this month, I think. If you are conservative and don't
like 6-monthly updates, stay with the latest in-support LTS version.
(Currently 12.04.)
