Correction Raring over wrote ALL existing installed software & drivers (B43, 
AiroCrack, Reaper, Kaffiene & Wine [along with Mappoint & Pegasus]) so I'm 
doing a fresh install of Raring as everthing I have worked on is gone anyway

Found XTerm did work
