ubuntu12.04 only: version number does not start with digit

that looks help , at least that "version number does not start with 
digit" issue is gone.

it seems I still end up with some errors when apt-get upgrade:

then I tried to remove the dibbler-client which I think I don't need it 
(at least I don't know why I need it), but I got:

So It looks I can't either delete the "dibbler-client" package, nor can
