installing 12.04 on HP Touch Smart TM2 Machine

Dear
Its difficult to me to install 12.04 on HP Touch Smart TM2 machine, I have
prepared a USB startup of 12.04
and when I have chosen boot from USB stick it just shows a blank screen,
for not defined time, please help I want to install it on the same machine.
My machine is also having touch screen. please help me.
