Shortcut "Minimize window" works until next reboot only

I have just tried re-booting and it still works. In the shorcuts
window I removed the shortcut first, by backspacing, then put it back
by Ctrl+Alt+0 and it seems ok now.
I have just noticed that bug is against Gala window manager whatever
that is, so it may be a different bug (though I suspect not). It
might be better to put in a new bug, not sure what against. Possibly
Unity.
