Getting rid of log off verification prompt in 12.04 LTS

Unfortunately unchecking it still does not get rid of the 
message even after a re-boot. However I'm sure that is what 
worked for the last version. Oh well I guess I'll have to 
get used to waiting for the message right now I keep 
returning to a computer I thought was logged off to find the 
"Are you sure" message on the screen.
