Error installing grub for ubuntu 12.10

Hi,

 I am trying to install ubuntu 12.10. But, somehow there is some error
while installing grub. So, I am not able to boot into ubuntu. I tried
repairing it using boot-repair without any success. I also tried
reinstalling it multiple times. I am using it side by side with Windows 7.
Previously, I was using ubuntu 11.04 with windows 7 without any problems.
Please help with this issue. Following is the link generated by
