Well, if you can't boot from USB, and you don't have CD media, the only thing left to boot
from is the LAN via PXE, which is going to require some mucking about with a dhcp server.
Having said that, here's a nice little tutorial on how to set it up that I found by
searching for "ubuntu pxe install" on google:
