I believe the error message gives you the information you need to
begin to have this resolved. It provides you with a link to to review
Google's email senders guidelines -
http://www.google.com/mail/help/bulk_mail.html

I just went there and it does appear helpful in describing the ways
you can have your issue resolved. Unfortunately there is nothing
anyone on this list can do to reverse Google's blacklists, you will
need to contact Google on the page listed.
