Perhaps my router has a different interface than yours. I can not
find advanced setup nor an uplink option.
Under Vodafone DSL Router
Service Status
Applications
Router
WiFi
HSPA
Administration
I tried all these links.
Any suggestions?

1. Go to Advanced Setup and select usb uplink option and then click next.
2. In the HSPDA Profile Settings page place your 3G connection
configuration data, username, password and APN correctly and then
click next
3. In the Mobile Network Settings page Select 3G only mode as the
mobile network type and go next.
