latest chrome on xubuntu 12.04 - no go

Ok. I went and got the amd64 since I have 12.04 x64 from:
http://www.chromium.org/getting-involved/dev-channel
then ran
sudo dpkg -i google-chrome-stable_current_amd64.deb
and that worked.
