VPN to one server

Hi All,

I have a web app that contains very sensitive information, and one of the security requirements is that it must be accessed over a VPN. My current network setup is like this:
[iPad]---[AP]---[eth0 at myServer]
Like this, the iPad just browses to the local IP of the server.
what I want to set up is a tunnel between the iPad and gunicorn in such a way that all data between gunicorn and the iPad is encrypted.

Is this possible? if so, how would I go about setting it up?
