broken libqt4-dbus on 10-04 LTS

I think I did the correct apt-get:

#>sudo apt-get --reinstall install libqt4-dbus
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree       
Reading state information... Done
Reinstallation of libqt4-dbus is not possible, it cannot be downloaded.
