verne.freenode.net Packet filtered and IPv6

That isn't what I asked.  I suppose I should have joined the IRC list
and ask there.  I'll do that...

I thought this issue would be of concern to the Ubuntu community
because the IP addresses of verne.freenode.net are among those
that respond to irc.ubuntu.com.  This of course means anyone using
IPv4 irc.ubuntu.com has a 1/13 chance or 7.7% chance and IPv6
users 1/7 chance or 14.3% chance of running into this issue.

Cloak implies some protection through obfuscation, however it really
doesn't provide any protection.

It isn't the same, the reasons are standard NAT issues and I haven't
setup our transparent firewall yet.
