This guy seems to be having similar problems, I suggest you watch
there to see if any useful suggestions.

yields lots of hits that might be helpful.

It really is better to ask only one question per posting, if they are
not part of the same problem.  The thread gets confused otherwise and
answers will get hung up on one question and others will get
forgotten.
