make GNU JAF, CLASSPATH problem

I'm trying to compile the GNU JAF as per:

http://www.gnu.org/software/classpathx/javamail/

However, there seems to be a CLASSPATH problem(?), as seen in this result:

I don't find anything in apt-get which has that JAR prebuilt?  There are 
downloads for activation.jar, but they aren't GNU, they're Sun/Oracle.  I 
have the other JAR's compiled.
