VoIP within a LAN

Hi

I am trying to set up VoIP for a group of 10 PCs on Ubuntu 11.10. All
PCs are local and connected over a router. The 10 users would need to
communicate in real time by voice (no video) by the form of broadcast.
No one-to-one voice call is needed. Everyone would be wearing a
headset with mic.

Would Empathy be a good choice?
