Good day Murat,

Support for development releases is not generally available on this
list. Users of developmental releases are expected to be able to do a
lot of bug and other problem solving themselves as a testing release
it is expected to be broken to varying degrees at varying stages of
the release cycle. If you are not comfortable with having a broken
system it is highly recommended to stick to stable releases. The
current release is 11.10 and the current long term support release is
10.04.

Should you wish to get definitive answers to your questions please
feel free to read the following links for more information:
* Beta release notes at -
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PrecisePangolin/TechnicalOverview/Beta1
* Ubuntu-Developer-Discussion mailing list -
https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-devel-discuss

Or there is always IRC support available on the Freenode network in
the #ubuntu+1 channel
