IPTables issue

Does this happen with all Windows PCs? Is there a virus scanner on the
Windows PC? Is there a virus scanner (clamav) on the Ubuntu box? 

 

Have you tried swapping the network card and patch cord in the Ubuntu box?
If it's just the one Windows PC, have you swapped its network card and patch
cord and switch port?
