Why do you think that these are errors?

The use of hda, hdb, hdc etc has been dropped some time ago and devices 
are now labelled  sda, sdb, sdc, sdd etc which stand for SCSI. And in 
the case of CDROMs and DVDRW they are are labelled sro, sr1.
