Sorry, forgot to ask what you have in:
/home/<user>/.gconf/apps/compiz-1/plugins/gnomecompat/screen0/options/%gconf.xml?
Should look like:
> <?xml version="1.0"?>
> <gconf>
> <entry name="command_screenshot" mtime="1340308778" type="string">
> <stringvalue>gnome-screenshot -i</stringvalue>
