Simple (web?) application for producing something like a bank statement - ideas?

Since I'm busy looking for work I'm a bit limited, but I'll have a look and
see if I can come up with an idea or two on how to put something simple
together using Oo and Py... Not sure of your level of code development so
let me know if you've got a preference...
