Actually there is a 40kb file size limit on all mail through the
mailing list. But everyone on this list knows that because everyone
has read the FAQ (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuUsersListFAQ) as
recommended several times now and is in fact sent to all new
subscribers.
