Error installing wget

Wget should have been installed with Ubuntu, as it is on most other 
distributions. Was it uninstalled? I can't see the error, so my help 
will be limited. Running the command posted by Mika should work. If it 
fails, it may be a package error, or packages may be broken. Hope this
